yes i have never curled my hair before and idk if it would curl

i wanna use a curling iron

and does the curling iron have to be hot before it will curl

and does everyones hair curl

and if i curl iot and spray it with hair spray afterwards

would it stay curled a while

Yes, the curling iron needs to have high heat and apply hairspray when your done

yes the iron has to be hot. not everyones hair curls easily. mine personally if i curl it at home last about 10 minute even if i put spray in it. i did get it done at a solon though and because they had a really good iron and styling products it lasted all night

just try %26amp; experiment around. My hair is VERY straight %26amp; doesn't keep curl very well. But, I have friends that can keep curl for a long time. Everyone's different. If you put curlers in your hair while its wet %26amp; then let it dry, the curl wil stay. good luck

Most hair types will curl. But it depends. Straight thin hair tends to not take it as well as thick wavy/curly hair.

Plug the curling iron on and make sure it's on.

Wait for it to heat up.

Apply a heat protectant.

Curl your Hair.

(Try the middle-to-ends first)

Spraying on hair spray will make it last longer but it will make it hard. If you want to use it spray it sparingly.

Try serum. It leaves it smooth and shiny!

Also if you dye your hair - only use heat tools up to 3 times a month... If you dont dye your hair you can use it up to 2 times a week.

Monthly use a deep conditioner for damaged hair like Joico K-pak (the best, you can buy it with any professional but it's costly) leave it on as long as possible with a plastic cover. (20 mins is good 4 hours is better) then wash it out thoroughly!

It's tiring if you have thick curly/wavy hair...

By the way NEVER USE HOT TOOLS ON WET HAIR! NEVER! IT WILL DAMAGE YOU HAIR TO CRISPS!
