My hair is really greasy only at the top of my head and kinda in the back it feels like hair gel or hair spray is stuck there and it WON'T GO AWAY even though i wash it everyday,sometimes more than once!!!It's been like that for almost 2 weeks now.I start school in a few days i don't know what to do???PLEASE HELP ME!!

wash your hair with baking soda and water, then use a regular shampoo with out conditioner , rinse with vinegar, this will help loads

sounds like you are not rinsing your hair good enuf

next time you take a shower rinse your hair for about as twice as long as you usually do and run your fingers through it while you are doing it....hope this helps

maybe youre washing it too much. if it really wont go away look for a hair product meant for greasy hair (you might have 2 go 4 an expensive 1) but if nothing works, try a hairstyle that makes it look less greasy

Try a shampoo for greasy hair. Do not use cream rinse and maybe if you spike your hair alittle with gel then people will think its gel and not grease.

u should try get a special shampo. make sure you really get your scalp. dont wash it too much then all of your hair with dry out. if is feels like hair spray, thats me its to dry. Goodluck!

Is your hair really fine? If so, and you are sure you're rinsing your hair enough, then you can try this trick - when your hair is dry, spray it with hairspray, allow it to dry then comb through it thoroughly. It should 'lift' your hair and fluff it a bit so it won't look greasy.

You can do either two things: Go to your local Beauty Supply and Purchase a hair stripper/de-gooper. Or you can use Go Jo or Goop mechanics hand cleaner. It truley works and the cost is a lot more reasonable.

Sounds like you need to ask your stylist about a good balancing shampoo, something that will moisturize the drier areas and make the oilier areas less greasy. In the meantime, try using some Sea Breeze astringent (Walmart's Equate brand works just as well). After normal shampooing, just pour some seabreeze into your hands and work through your hair. Leave on for 2 - 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. This will remove the excess oil and any styling aid buildup you may have, plus it's incredibly invigorating to the scalp! My stylist recommended this to me, as I had a similar issue with my hair during pregnancy. A paste of baking soda and water worked into the hair after shampooing will also work to remove styling build up (not sure about excess oil, though).

Another quick tip! When my hair's having a "greasy day" and I don't have time to shampoo before heading out, I rub a little cornstarch-based baby powder between my hands, work it into my hair, and then brush and style as usual. The powder absorbs the "greasies" and gets rid of that oily shine!

ok dont panic just stop washing you hair for a day your probally washing all the natural oils out and its getting greasy then wash it with warm almost cold water next put in shampoo wash out while running your fingers through in a circle all over your scalp then put in conditioner or cream rinse whatever leve in for like 5 mins. NEXT WHEN YOU GET OUT OF THE SHOWER OOPS CAPS LOL now comb it with a wide tooth comb all over your head then use a real brush while running a hair dryer over your head at medium speed . this should help bye
