Theatre help please????

For my theatre class we are doing a final scene.

My group got assigned Steel Magnolia.

During the scene we are in a "beauty shop"

which we are using the dressing rooms and make up rooms down stairs. what kinds of props should we have??

i know thinks like bobby pins, hair clips, hair ties, hair spray. it is set during christmas, so we have a little tree and christmas decorations.

i dont know steel magnolia but i can help with some things

for props have a chair. and a mirror depending on how many people and what they have to do. besides for that all i can say is have a couple of hairbrushes and combs. that makes it look alot better. pretty good i think. i would maybe cut up or rip up an entire or a few sheets have paper so that you can put snow on the tree make it look the part too.
