Skirts and leggings.?

I have alot of shorter skirts that I bought for my Holiday a few months back. I loved wearing them then and I want to wear them again here but because they're quite short, or too short for me anyways and well, it's cold I wanted to wear them with tights or leggings. But everytime time I do this when I walk they skirt sticks to the tights/leggings and looks stupid. I heard it's to do with static or something and to spray hair-spray on the leggins/tights but this hasn't worked at all for me or maybe I'm doing it wrong. Can anyone help ?

You know those sheets you get (bounce) that you put in the tumbledryer,,,, well rub that on the inside of the skirt to remove static.

i think skirts with tights is really fashionable at the moment, not those goddamn cut off leggings though. you should wear bright coloured opaque tights in like pink or teal with them. as for the sticking problem i dont know how to solve that sorry.

Short skirts are better worn with tights rather than leggings, as for the static problem, i don't think there's much you can do about that.
