5 yr old artist decorated newly painted wall. Hair spray removed some of the ball point ink...but, also is removing the paint. Any other suggestions besides patching?

LOOK FOR MR. CLEAN MIRACLE SPONGE AT YOUR LOCAL STORE IT REALLY WORKS AND WONT TAKE OFF THE PAINT.
