Best heat defence spray?

I use straighteners eveyday, which i know i shouldnt but my hair is so badly damaged from straightening that if i leave it its all frizzy and bushy so its just one big circle.

I use tre semme (not sure of spelling) but i dont know if its any good

Anyone use one that doesnt make hair look greasy and protects hair?

My hair's exactly the same, but when I remember, I use Lee Stafford Poker Straight heat defence spray. You can get it in Boots. It smells really nice and doesn't make your hair greasy.

john frieda or charles worthington, make sure you use decent straighteners like ghd's your hair sounds like it is alot like mine, dont ever use the ghd heat protection though it really does give u greasy hair, also add plenty of serum to your ends while wet.

I like VO5 Miracle Mist. Just the tiniest mist protects my hair. However, just like with anything else, if you spray too much it will make your hair look weighed down. I usually try to hold my arm as far away from my head as I can and spray it from there.

You can also go to this website and see what other people have to say about all different kinds of heat defense sprays.

I usually go to this site to see what people have to say about any product that I'm thinking about buying. It has saved me a lot of money.

Good Luck!

GHD

Hi, I do the same as you but I don't straighten in everyday I used to because my hair is like yours and my hair straighteners were not much good, until I got a pair of GHDs, and I only have to straighten it after I was it as they are that good. You are doing more damage to your hair if you have to use them ever day because the one you use aren't hot enough. You need ones that have a temperature of over 200. GHDs are 240 at the highest temperature so it might be worth is investing in some of these.

As for the heat protection spray I was recommended by my hair dresser to use INFRATREAT, you get it from Sally's. I was using Morrison's own as I found this Left my hair soft and didn't leave a coating. I have tried Tresemme but I found it made my hair worse for breakage, I do use there shampoos and I was also recommended that they aren't that good. So she told me use this make.

Also I would recommend using hair serum. Not Frizz Ease as I think it makes the hair worse, I use Super soft and it brilliant and repairs and prevent split ends, I got some yesterday and it only costs 鎷?. Also I would recommend a good shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner, I have started to use Aussie miracle moisture to get my hair in shape and its brilliant and find straightening my hair afterwards is much easier.

Also they are on offer in Boots at the mo the shampoo and conditioner are 2 for 鎷?.

tresemme is the best i find to use, though nothing can really stop your hair from being damaged if you straighten it everyday. have you tried using a stay- in conditioner after washing your hair? this normally stops your hair from being too damaged..

Nikki Clarke's heat defense spray is brillient! It is quite expensive but it does last along time. Toni %26amp; Guy is ok too it's not as good but it smells nice :)

Best heat defence spray?

Charles Worthington Perfectly Straight is by far the best- Tresemme is good but can weigh your hair down and make it look flat. CWPS can make your hair a bit sticky, however this is easily rectified if you use Charles Worthington Taming Serum with it (yellow bottle) .

Best heat defence spray?

definetly Toni and Guy
