Okay, so I have sorta thin but curly and supper frizzy hair. I'm thinking of buying mousse, but i've heard mixed opinions on it. What exactly does it do to your hair? Does it damage it over time? Is it okay to use mousse and hair spray? Does it also make you lose hair, cause I already lose a lot and don't want to lose more. What's a good brand?

I have some mousse and it just makes my hair feel really gross and dirty after a few hours. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what but I don't reccommend using mousse.
If you are trying to control frizz, I suggest John Frieda's Frizz-Ease serum. It works!

If you just want to get rid of frizz try switching shampoo paul mitchell makes a really good one called super skinny, use the conditioner too or the shampoo wont make a diffrence. Mousse can dry out your hair because a lot of it has alcohol in it but it wont really damage it unless you dont condition it... paul mitchell also makes some good mousse or tigi or matrix. anything professional works good.
