OK NEWEST UPDATE - MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS IN REHAB JUST WENT A WALL AND CALLED ME FROM A PAY PHONE TO PICK HER UP. I DID. IF I TAKE HER BACK SHE WOULD JUST LEAVE AGAIN. THIS IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME OF THE FACILITY. GIRLS %26amp; BOYS HAVING SEX IN ROOMS, HUFFING ON HAIR SPRAY AND MOUSE, AND CHOKING EACH OTHER. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST TARZANA TREATMENT CENTER - ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHERE TO START.

i used to have serious problems when i was a teenager 3 mental hospitals in 2 years. There is a possibility some of those things were going on, but there is a greater possibility she says those things so you wont take her back. Your best bet is to go and visit someplace else before you admit her. Talk to area psychiatrists and pastors of a local church. There are good places to go, it just takes time and effort. Good luck.

First of all I would believe her because they really do that sort of thing in the public schools here in Chicago. Second, I would give it another thought on the complaint because you can't prove it and it may cause you problems. Start over again with her in a nice conversational tone after you pick her up. This is a hell of a world we live in now a day.Good luck.

First have the claims checked out - Go to the facility and talk to the people in charge ----If you get the run around or you notice anything amiss ---- go file complaint to (JCAHO)

Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations ---City Hall--- or at the facility she was at.
